From developing young horses to preparing horses for competition in hunters, equitation, show jumping and eventing we strive to offer a la carte as well as full training options for every budget and goal. Young Horse Development
Goal is to provide each young horse with the time they need to learn. From fearful horses needing a slow trust-building program to athletic sport horses that need to learn about all aspects of being prepared to compete. The round pen, trail system, arenas and busy atmosphere offer a perfect environment to introduce young horses to work. This produces horses that are confident, quiet, and willing. Each horse learns to tie, load, lead, groundwork, pony and do basic arena work in a relaxed manner. Every horse is treated as an individual and is given the skills they need to succeed. Horses are worked up to 5 days per week and given ample time in each session to learn new concepts and progress. Owners will be kept informed on their horse’s progress. Young horses are accepted only after they have been properly started walk, trot and canter with a minimum of 90 days under saddle.

Full Competition Training
This option is designed for clients that want to compete or progress their horses toward competition. All lessons and training rides are included for one monthly price. This is an excellent and cost effective option to ensure horses are kept properly schooled and fit. Private and group lessons are included as well as all training rides, ground work and lessons ensure a fully fit and well schooled horse and rider prepared to compete. A combination of flat work, relaxed and fitness geared trail riding, jumping as needed and ground work are tailored to each horse’s needs and their owner’s goals. Utilizing the expansive groomed trail system at the facility competition horses are kept working on hills and out in the open to help with their mental well being. Our all weather arenas offer excellent footing for both flatwork and jumping. In the rainy season horses are hauled off property keep up with their training schedules and to prepare them for travel during the competitive season. Basic show clips, mane pulls, and grooming are included as are discounts at schoolings off property and maintaining owner provided grain and supplements. Multiple horse discounts also available.

Full Competition Training
This option is designed for clients that want to compete or progress their horses toward competition. All lessons and training rides are included for one monthly price. This is an excellent and cost effective option to ensure horses are kept properly schooled and fit. Private and group lessons are included as well as all training rides, ground work. Our indoor arena with excellent footing and mirrors offers a perfect riding environment year round. We also boast an outdoor ring, large grass riding area for practice jumping on grass footing, a shaded warm up/cool down trail and a round pen. The horses get exposure to deer, turkeys and the occasional fox or coyote in a serene natural environment. This diversity allows our horses a complete training environment right in the heart of the city. Basic show clips, mane pulls, and grooming are included as are discounts at schoolings off property and maintaining owner provided grain and supplements. Multiple horse discounts also available.
